The 228 m long bulk carrier named SAKIZAYA ELEGANCE had a machine failure in front of Kuzguncuk during the passage of the Bosphorus.
The 228 m long bulk carrier named SAKIZAYA ELEGANCE had a machine failure in front of Kuzguncuk during the passage through the Bosphorus. The ship was anchored in Türkeli by the crews of the General Directorate of Coastal Safety.
The KEGM statement on the subject is as follows;
"The 228 m-long bulk carrier named SAKIZAYA ELEGANCE, which had a machine failure under the 15 July Martyrs Bridge while cruising from Egypt to Romania, was anchored in Türkeli under the coordination of our IGTH Center, accompanied by our Pilot, KURTARMA-11, NAZIMTUR Tugboats."
