Shanghai, Taiwan port authorities signs memorandum of cooperation
SHANGHAI International Port Group (SIPG) recently signed a memorandum of cooperation with Taiwan International Ports Corporation, Xinhua reports.
According to the memorandum, the two parties will strengthen their exchange of business information and cooperation on logistics and shipping to boost development of ports on both sides.
Taiwan International Ports Corporation chairman Hsiao Ding-Hsun and SIPG chairman Chen Xuyuan signed the memorandum on a shipping forum held in Taichung, on which ports from both sides of the Taiwan Strait discussed shipping cooperation.
