In the evening of June 10, 2018, the 'Brabant', 1556 ts (EU-No.: 04804710), ran onto the Rhine shore at Budenheim with 99 persons on board. One female passenger fell on deck due to the impact and was treated on board. The accident at river km 508 was thought to have been caused by a driving mistake of the master. The ship as well as the embankment were damaged, but the 'Brabant' was able to proceed to Mainz for investigations and later continued to Speyer where she arrived in the morning of June 11.
