THE 176-TEU reefer ship, the Panamanian-flagged Lady Rosemary, ran onto breakwater in Hakata harbour while leaving Hakata, northwest Kyushu, Japan while bound for Kobe, reports Kiev's Maritime Bulletin, that specialises in marine casualties.
