SINGAPORE's global port operator PSA International Pte Ltd, an existing shareholder of CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd, has taken majority control through an additional subscription of shares from state-owned Enterprise Singapore.
PSA now holds 70 per cent of CrimsonLogic, with Enterprise Singapore Holdings retaining 30 per cent, whose expertises lies in B2B and B2G digitised cross-border transactions.
