The MSC Magnifica made its presence known in Hamburg harbour in distinctive style last weekend.
To mark the harbour's 825th anniversary, the huge cruise ship used its horn to play a rendition of the White Stripes's anthemic song, "Seven Nation Army".
The tune was enthusiastically received by crowds gathered for the annual Hamburg Port Anniversary, which is described as the world's biggest port festival.
The port itself is the second largest in Europe.
One member of the audience captured the moment and uploaded it to YouTube, where it has had more than 650,000 views so far.
