ACI's 12th edition of the Maintenance Management Summit 2016: Marine & Offshore that is targeted at sharing the latest industry information with vessel owners, operators and other stakeholders will be held in Rotterdam on March 2-3.
The event is intended to examine the complete maintenance management structure to safeguard critical assets and maximise operational excellence.
The panel of speakers include the head of Marine HR, TORM A/S, Simon Frank, who will be speaking about "Crew Responsibility, Training & the Risk of Not Following Procedure; VP Performance Management Development, Statoil ASA, Bjarte Bogsnes, whose topic will be "Beyond Budgeting - Management Innovation for New Business & People Realities - The Statoil Implementation Journey."
Prosafe Offshore techical manager Syed Ahmed will speak on "Is the Offshore industry more advanced"; Tritec Marine general manager David Scott speaks on "Prioritising Critical Assets Through Next Generation Methods" while RIMS BV director David Knukkel speaks on "Robotica in Maintenance Strategies."
Other speakers include Exmar Shipmanagement maintenance manager Danielle Lammens; Maintenance Institute AFrica director David Johnathan; Dutch Dredging technical chief Danny Mense and Heerema Offshore Services BV director Lex Van Heel.
