GERMANY's Lufthansa Group has signed a three-year contract with Paris-based Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) for ground handling at Newark Liberty International Airport.
WFS will handle Lufthansa's three flights a day serving Frankfurt, Dusseldorf and Munich as well as Austrian Airlines and SWISS International Airlines daily flights.
The new Lufthansa contract is the latest in a series of new ground handling customers for WFS in Newark, reports Mumbai's Stat Trade Times.
WFS already handles EL AL and WOW air at Newark, covering ticketing, customer services, wheelchair services and cabin cleaning.
