The 'Ulysses' will have to be removed from the Dublin-Holyhead service until the middle of next week due to a technical issue which needs to be be repaired. A problem was found with a propeller shaft necessitating the ship going to dry dock for a number of days. It left Holyhead on June 25. Irish Ferries contacted all passengers affected who will be accommodated on another ship, the 'Epsilon', starting on June 29, or an alternative sailing. In addition, the company will operate additional sailings over the week-end, which may mean altering some existing schedules to accommodate these.
