The shipping company of the 'Zapolyarye', anchored in Ceuta since the end of July due to a labour dispute, sent a total of 20 tons of diesel fuel on Aug 31, so that the crew could stay 20 more days anchored on the coast of the North Bay. The fuel was only designed for the operability of the ship, since the ship would need fuel to be able to start on its way to its port of destination. In addition the shipping company Murmansk Shipping Company already prepared the relief of 11 crew members in the coming days. This relief would be the second one that takes place since August 15, when six crewmembers, whose labour contract had ended, were repatriated in charge of the shipowner to Russia. In turn, five new crew members have arrived, including a captain, with whom it was hoped to provide a prompt solution to the dispute. Also provisions came with the first replacement. The shipowner sent 60 tons of drinking water for consumption and maintenance, plus food for 20 days. At the moment it was unknown when it will be able to leave for Great Britain to be able to unload the load of 23,000 tons of salt. The shipping company was going through a complicated financial situation and has another ship, with the same characteristics, moored in the port of Aviles with an embargo for fuel.
