The 'Ether' of the Greek Navy was in collision with the 'Ikaros Pallas' on June 25, 2018, which was in the process of anchoring in the bay of Zakynthos. Both ships sailed in Zakynthos port, no injuries reported. During an inspection a breach of 30 centimeters was found on the bow of the 'Ether' in the port side hull above the waterline. There was no damage to the 'Ikaros Pallas'. The Port Authority of Zakynthos carried out a preliminary investigation, and the 'Ether' was detained until repairs were carried out and a class certificate issued.
