Özata Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ notified the Public Disclosure Platform that an arrest warrant was implemented within the scope of the investigation carried out against the Chairman of the Board of Directors Özdemir Ataseven and the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors Gökhan Ataseven. In the company's statement dated September 25, 2026, it was stated that the decision was made by the relevant criminal judgeship of peace. The subject of the investigation or details of the concrete allegations against the managers were not shared in the statement. Therefore, it is not right to make a final judgment on allegations that have not been made public or to directly associate the company's legal entity with the accusation.
