A collision of two oil and gas product platforms occurred on Saturday at the Honorio Bicalho shipyard in Brazil due to bad weather, according to Reuters. The platforms were under construction at the shipyard when they broke free of their moorings and collided. The owner of the platforms, Petrobras, said that the company will conduct an inspection to assess the damage on the platforms. It remains to be seen whether this accident will postpone the delivery of the platforms planned for next year.
