The TMMOB Chamber of Ship Engineers held a successful iftar on February 25, 2026, at Pendik Municipality's Güzelyalı Social Facilities.
The traditional iftar organized by the Chamber of Marine Engineers of TMMOB took place with high participation on February 25, 2026.
The iftar, held at the Güzelyalı Social Facilities of Pendik Municipality, was attended by Binali Yıldırım, the Prime Minister of the 65th Government of the Republic of Turkey, Tuzla Mayor Eren Ali Bingöl, Dean of the Maritime Faculty of Istanbul Technical University Prof. Dr. Özcan Arslan, Chairman of the Board of GİSBİR Murat Kıran, Tuzla Port Authority Chairman Ahmet Porsuk, Yalova Port Authority Chairman Deniz Kaya, Cemalettin Şevli, General Director of the Turkish Cypriot Maritime Administration, Nuri Koray Kurun, Secretary General of the Turkish Maritime Federation, Nildeniz Sütçü Şen, Chairman of the Board of the Turkish Pilots Association, Captain Zafer Akbulut, Chairman of the Board of the Turkish Deep Sea Captains Association, Nevzat Sonay Üler, Board Member of the Ship Brokers Association, İsmail Cengiz Ünlü, Vice Chairman of the Board of the Turkish Lloyd Foundation, Lütfü Savaşkan, General Manager of Turkish Lloyd UDH Inc., members of the Turkish Lloyd Board, and members of GMO along with their families.
