    The Malta-flagged vessel 'IVYAN', traveling from Bulgaria to Italy, was adrift near Kanlıca due to a machinery failure. Bosphorus traffic was suspended in both directions.

    Traffic was closed in both directions.

    The drifting vessel narrowly avoided crashing into the shore. While Bosphorus traffic was suspended in both directions, teams from the General Directorate of Coastal Safety were dispatched to the area following the report.
