Sternö upright again

The "Sternö" has been turned upright with some degrees list to port remaining by March 12. On March 10 and 11 salvors had attached wires to the quay on the other side of the Göta River and pumped out the bulk of the cargo. The remaining water and the cargo were to be transferred onto another vessel and shipped away for the recovery. But first it must be decided whether to raise the water level of the Göta River, taking into account the "Skagern" which ran aground off Trollhättan.
