UZMAR Shipyard earns EYDEP certification, enhancing its role in defense industry projects through improved corporate infrastructure and capabilities.
UZMAR Shipyard has successfully completed the inspections and evaluations carried out under the Industrial Competence Assessment and Support Program (EYDEP) conducted by the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB).
As a result of the evaluations, it was reported that the shipyard has been assessed in terms of its corporate infrastructure in the areas of design, production, quality management, project management, and supply chain. UZMAR is now among the organizations with industrial competence that can participate in defense industry projects. With the certification obtained, UZMAR is now positioned to take a more active role in military and security-related maritime platform projects.
In a statement from UZMAR, the following expressions were included:
