    SEALAND will maintain the Low Sulphur Surcharge (LSS) for the fourth quarter of 2015 at US$40 per TEU and $80 per FEU from October 1, the Charlotte, North Carolina, company announced.

    The surcharge will apply to all cargo with a loading port, transshipment and/or discharge port in Emission Control Areas (ECA) of North America (including Puerto Rico). 

    The North American ECA includes most of the US and Canadian coast and the US Caribbean area.
