Neptune Pacific leases ICS Silver Lining to boost operations between Kiribati, Fiji, and the Marshall Islands starting December.
Neptune Pacific has chartered the ICS Silver Lining, which has a capacity of 766 TEU. The vessel is planned to operate between Kiribati, Fiji, and the Marshall Islands in December.
Neptune Pacific has chartered the ICS Silver Lining, owned by INCO Ships, to expand its transportation services in the Central Pacific. According to a report by Daily Cargo News dated October 5, 2026, the company plans to take delivery of the vessel in November and use it on the MICROPAC route starting in December.
It will operate between Kiribati, Fiji, and the Marshall Islands.
With the introduction of the ICS Silver Lining, the existing MICROPAC vessel Southern Pearl will be redirected to the INTRAPAC route, which calls at Tuvalu and Wallis and Futuna.
The company stated that this arrangement will increase capacity per voyage and provide a more flexible response to transportation demands in the region.
The vessel has a 766 TEU capacity and is equipped with two ship cranes.
The multipurpose ICS Silver Lining, built in 2005, has a container capacity of 766 TEU. The vessel is equipped with 120 refrigerated container connections and two cargo handling cranes.
According to Neptune Pacific's statement, the vessel will also provide additional capacity for refrigerated cargo and project cargo transport.
The Capitaine Wallis will remain in the fleet.
The Capitaine Wallis, currently operating on the INTRAPAC route, will also be retained in the company's fleet. The vessel is expected to be used for additional capacity and project cargo transport in the Central Pacific.
