MY Lady Soul, owned by Ahmet Faruk Karslı, is auctioned for 117 million TL amid money laundering allegations involving 12 billion TL.

Ahmet Faruk Karslı, the owner of Papara, was arrested and charged with laundering approximately 12 billion TL in illegal betting revenue. As part of the investigation, some assets of the company were confiscated, and the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has put a motor yacht among these assets up for sale.

According to the statement made by TMSF, the mentioned motor yacht is being offered for sale through an auction with a price of 117 million TL.

Ahmet Faruk Karslı attracted attention in 2023 when he purchased the Mehmet Emin Ağa Mansion, considered one of the most beautiful waterfront properties in Istanbul, for 200 million TL, marked by its red vaccination color.

The 2006 model yacht named MY Lady Soul, owned by Ahmet Faruk Karslı, has been put up for sale by TMSF. The yacht, which belongs to Salway Tourism Yachting and Transportation Inc., where Karslı's wife is the general manager, has been valued at 117 million TL by TMSF.

A 5% collateral must be provided.

The bidding process for the yacht, which will end tomorrow, requires bidders to provide collateral of 5 million 850 thousand TL. After the bids are collected, the envelopes will be opened on January 20 at TMSF's building in Esentepe. The yacht will then be auctioned off.

Although MY Lady Soul is a 2006 model, it was completely renovated in 2017. Built at the Ferretti Shipyard in Italy as part of the Custom Line Nevatta 30 series, the yacht measures 31 meters in length. It features examples of Italian craftsmanship. The woodwork in the yacht's living area is considered one of the good examples of classical Italian architecture.
