The sale, conducted by the Istanbul Real Estate Sales Enforcement Office, has set a starting price of 1 billion 150 million Turkish Lira for the historic mansion.

According to the expert report, the mansion has a multi-room structure, featuring a marble entrance, corridor, kitchen, and service areas; as well as living rooms, bedrooms, a pantry, and caretaker rooms on the upper floors.
