On June 15, 2018, at 1.50 a.m. the pusher boat 'Tyro' was in a head on collision with the 'Stolt Florence', 3644 ts, on the Rhine near the oil mill Spyck at Emmerich. The tank barge was waiting at its position while the pusher boat was approaching sailing river downstream. The 'Tyro' suffered severe damages at the bow and had to enter the emergency port in Lobith. A Dutch fire boat attended to pump out water. The 'Stolt Florence' berthed in Tolkamer before proceeding to Antwerp, where she arrived on June 17.
