    The 'Kasma' ran aground on June 7, 2018, at 12.20 p.m. at kilometer mark 105 on the Volga-Caspian Sea Canal while proceeding towards the Caspian Sea, being en route from Astrakhan to Amirabad. At 11.10 p.m. the shp managed to refloat by own means and anchored near the grounding site. She resumed voyage in the early morning of June 8.
