According to representatives of the leading shipping companies, freight rates of the vessels, proceeding to the Middle East region, will be probably increased.

War risks, connected with cargo transportation in the direction,  are the main reason of such changes, added the experts.

The unstable situation will lead to the situation that shipowners will start increasing delivery price without waiting for official orders. Such bullish trend will cause the temporary deny of shipowners from using the direction.

However, taking into account peculiarities of the freight market, it is too small time period for tariff increasing, but the situation will possibly essentially change, if the civil riots do not stop, and the ports start working in standard regime.

As a reminder, to date it is known about delays in vessels passing, due to the deficit of working employees of the Egyptian ports.

Experts suppose that the situation in the country will keep during several months, and do not provoke difficulties in the logistics sector.
