Peter Kjaer Jensen moves from global COO to become global chief transformation officer (CTO), which includes the responsibility for all IT projects. Mr Kjaer Jensen will remain in Copenhagen.

In addition, the global head of human resources Karsten Breum has taken over the role as CEO for Asia Pacific from Tony Hotine and based in Singapore. Marco Mingolla, previously head of human resources at Maersk Line, has taken over Mr Breum's position from January 1, and is based in The Hague.
