32 artists unite in 'What Does a Paw Have?' to support animal shelters across Turkey, with each view generating donations for furry friends.

As part of the 'I Am Aware' project, 32 artists came together in a single song titled 'What Does a Paw Have?' The filming of this song, which aims to directly transform the healing power of art into social benefit, took place in 17 animal shelters across 9 different cities in Turkey. The song will be available on all digital platforms, and each listen will generate a donation for our furry friends.

In the project 'What Does a Paw Have?', 32 artists united in a single song. The launch of the song was introduced with the participation of famous vocal artists and healthcare personnel. Carmed CEO Mustafa Can stated, 'Every view and every listen directly translates into support for animals without requiring any additional steps. All revenues generated from the project will be shared transparently with associations and foundations related to animals. In this way, it transforms the viewer from a passive follower into an active contributor while providing a strong model for institutions supporting the project where social impact is directly produced. This structure, where art intersects with social benefit, demonstrates that it is possible to produce and heal together.'

'We need to adopt street animals'

Mustafa Can emphasized that the concept of street animals should come to an end, saying, 'As a developed country, I believe that the concept of street animals should cease to exist. Previously, music was made for the environment and humanity. We sang a song with Turkey's famous vocal artists in shelters across 37 provinces of Turkey for our furry friends. With the revenues from this song, we engaged in such an effort to adopt and treat our furry friends.'

'Every video view means a donation'

Carmed Pharmaceuticals Brand Manager Ceren Can stated, 'What excites us the most is that people can make donations with every video view. I am very excited that we can involve all our citizens in this project, rather than it being just a project supported by brands. I hope everyone supports the project by watching the video and listening to the song on music platforms.'

    'Art and Health have met'

Dr. Selin Aktar Kiremitçi, a faculty member, said, 'My spouse is involved in music, and I am in health; we wanted to bring art and health together. We have always touched on human health, and now we wanted to touch on our furry friends. We wanted to conduct studies related to animal health and thought it was necessary to raise awareness. Thus, we came together in this project.'

    'I stand by the project'

Actor Umut Oğuz expressed, 'From the moment I read the phrase '37 shelters in 37 cities,' I felt that I needed to be here. I want to support as much as I can. A system where making a donation is this easy will also encourage people to get involved. I stand by the I Am Aware project and support it.'

The artists featured in the song include Furkan Kızılay, Can Kiremitci, Özgür Can Öney, Hazal Filiz Küçükköse, Aslı Bekiroğlu, Ertunç, Böyleyken Böyle (Mustafa Kır), Özkan Sağın, Egemen Akkol, Aytaç Şahin, Gökhan Ulusoy, Yiğit Seferoğlu, Selin İrman, Arda İrman, Ufuk Sinkil, Canay Doğan, Emre Kayacan, Muharrem Salcı, Aşarhan, Doğukan Oltulu, Buse Durak, Mesut Çakır, Levent Batu, Kaan Cengiz, Beste Dağdelen, Asena Bayat, Gizem Kosif, Marlen (Tolgahan Yıldırım), Nilay Uzun, Selin Baycan, Eda Akman, and İbrahim İven.
