The prices of the boats at the fair start from 4,000 Euros and can go up to 4.4 million Euros. The Can-Am Bosphorus Boat Show, which brings together over 500 brands, more than 500 boats, and over 200 participants under one roof, is expected to attract more than 50,000 visitors. At the opening of the event, Murat Bekiroğlu, the Chairman of the Board of YATED, Tamer Kıran, the Chairman of the Board of the İMEAK Chamber of Shipping, and Dilek Soydan, the Founding Partner of ED Fuarcılık, each delivered a speech.
"We are providing international recognition"
Murat Bekiroğlu stated that under the registered brand of Bosphorus Boat Show, they organize the largest boat, boat equipment, and accessories fairs in Turkey, both on land and at sea. "In this way, we contribute to the marketing and sales of products under the best conditions by ensuring the recognition of companies operating in the yacht and boat industry, both nationally and internationally. This fair we organize on land is the second largest land fair in the world after Düsseldorf. Our goal is to host over 50,000 visitors at our fair. We also aim to host Turkey's largest maritime fair at Ataköy Marina from October 17 to 25, 2026," he said.
A reflection of Turkish engineering
Tamer Kıran expressed that the fair brings together yacht and boat enthusiasts, manufacturers, suppliers, and investors under one roof, revitalizing the sector. He continued his remarks as follows:
"Every boat exhibited at the fair is not just a product; it is a reflection of Turkish engineering, Turkish labor, and our maritime culture. I believe this fair will be a new source of motivation for our industry, which is going through a challenging period, and will enable us to look forward to the upcoming season with greater strength and hope."
