On Jan 6, 2018, the 'Amr R', while en route from Alexandria, to Istanbul in ballast, experienced a technical failure and sheltered at Bodrum anchorage. Repairs were carried out by the crew. As pf Jan 11, the ship was underway to Novoro, ETA Jan 15.
