A South Korean naval rescue team killed eight Somali pirates and rescued all 21 seamen, including eight South Koreans, aboard a South Korean-operated cargo ship that was hijacked last week in the Arabian Sea, the South’s Joint Chiefs of Staff  said Friday in Seoul.
