IAG Cargo is finding a spike in deliveries in vaccination shipments to Venezuela to combat the outbreak of diphtheria that has hit new highs at 1,900 cases across the country, reports the American Journal of Transportation.
This week alone, IAG Cargo completed a single shipment of over 5.3 tonnes of the diphtheria vaccine from India to Venezuela working in partnership with Indian biopharmaceutical company, Biological.

In one week alone, IAG Cargo shipped over 5.3 tonnes of the diphtheria vaccine from India to Caracas. Since its introduction last year, IAG Cargo has shipped more than two billion vaccines across 90 countries.
