The 'Lisa Essberger', enroute from Antwerp to Rucorn suffered a cooling water leak from the lube oil cooler of the main engine on Aug 14, 2018, at 6.50 p.m. As a precautionary measure, it was agreed with the Dover Coastguard that the vessel would leave the southwest traffic lane to perform the required replacement of the cooling water line. The problem was rectified shortly and thereafter the vessel resumed its voyage at 7.30 p.m. The vessel resumed the voyage to its destination.
