RBC, 20.08.2012, Moscow 13:06:12. Severnaya Verf, a St. Petersburg-based shipbuilding plant owned by United Shipbuilding Corporation, has taken out two four-year loans worth RUB 16.23bn (approx. USD 509.88m) from state-owned Sberbank, the company said in a statement.
