On Aug 28, 2018, around 10 a.m., the SNSM in Tréport was called by the Cross Gris-Nez, to assist the 'Ami de la Mer - CH.738954', 54 gt, which was disabled off Berneval-le-Grand (Seine-Maritime), 11 miles off the coast. The propeller was blocked by its nets. On board was a crew of four men. The lifeboat crew managed to remove teh obstruction from the propeller, an operation that lasted more than 1,5 hours.
