During routine rounds, the duty crew of the 'Innovator' noticed an unauthorized person on the forecastle deck in position 13 41 59.3N, 120 59 10.1E at the Batangas anchorage, on July 5, 2018, at 4.40 p.m. and immediately informed the duty officer, who raised alarm. The crew mustered and a search was carried out. Upon checking, ship's stores were reported as missing.
