The WHITE LINE cargo ship, which ran aground near Marmaraereğlisi, has been successfully refloated with expert assistance and salvage operations.
The general cargo ship WHITE LINE ran aground off the coast of the Marmaraereğlisi district in Tekirdağ but has now been successfully refloated.
According to a statement from the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs on X (formerly Twitter), the 75-meter-long vessel was rescued with the assistance of salvage experts, utilizing the TAHLİSİYE-12 boat along with tugboats KURTARMA-21 and MEHMETÇİK.
The operation was completed successfully, and necessary inspections are currently underway following the refloating of the ship.
