The 'Vega Bulk' suffered an engine breakdown 90 miles North of Tenerife, in pos. 30 01 N 15 32 W, on March 5, 2018, at 2 p.m. The ship which was coming from Aveiro, was taken in towe by a Coast Guard vessel and arrived at Las Palmas at 11.30 p.m., where it berthed at the Reina Sofia Sur.
