The port area, currently owned by Türkiye Denizcilik İşletmeleri, will be privatized as a whole through the 'granting the right to operate' method for a duration of 45 years.
The specification fee for the tender is set at 150,000 Turkish Lira, with a temporary guarantee amount of 70 million Turkish Lira.
Final bids for the tender will be accepted until March 25, 2026. The tender process will utilize a 'negotiation' method, where offers will be submitted in sealed envelopes from multiple bidders, followed by discussions.
