Seabourn Encore named at sparkling festivities in Singapore

Lion and dragon dancers, drummers, stilt walkers, a specially delivered bottle of Champagne and a famed soprano characterized the festivities for SEABOURN ENCORE's naming in Singapore. TOP the brandnew SEABOURN ENCORE moored at the Marina Bay Cruise terminal in Singapore.
