The port authorities of Busan detained the 'Palladiy' as somecrew members appealed to them with a complaint about non-payment of wages. The owner of the ship reported financial problems, and the proceedings were under way. He promised to pay his salary next week. Four crew members owed 250.000 rubles. They agreed on a single salary, and signed another in the contract. The rest of them were promised to get paid bonuses, but the money was not received by the sailors. Only eight crew members out of 18 signed the appeal for debt. The ship had berthed in Busan on May 21, 2018.
