    The 'Zuidvliet' was detained by the Russian Coast Guard in the Azov Sea on July 24, 2018, at 08.30 a.m. The ship was en route from Constanta to Mariupol. It was allowed to resume the voyage two hours later. Prior to that, the ship was refused to transit the Kerch Strait, having to wait for permission for some 24 hours. No reason for the detention was given.
