MARITIME and logistics service provider Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS) has warned that shipping in the Arab Gulf region has been affected following the announcement that The United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Bahrain have severed diplomatic ties with Qatar.
