The 2026 report sets out the actions ONE is taking to integrate sustainability across its business and operations, from accelerating decarbonization and strengthening responsible practices to advancing innovation. Together, these initiatives reflect the company's commitment to creating long-term value and building a more sustainable maritime industry for the shippers, forwarders, and importers who depend on reliable global trade.
On the environmental front, ONE reported a 65% reduction in Scope 1 emissions intensity measured against its 2008 baseline, underscoring steady progress toward lower-carbon operations. The company also joined the Ship Recycling Transparency Initiative (SRTI), reinforcing responsible practices at the end of a vessel's lifecycle.
In addition, ONE expanded the scope of its externally assured emissions data during the reporting period to cover Upstream Transportation and Distribution (Scope 3, Category 4). This broader assurance gives cargo owners and logistics partners a clearer, more credible view of the carbon footprint tied to their supply chains.
Digitalization and innovation drove greater service efficiency and reliability during the period. ONE reported that 93% of customer bookings are now processed through its digital platforms, streamlining the booking experience and supporting greater visibility for those managing high shipment volumes.
The company also set a new industry milestone aboard ONE INNOVATION, with 22,233 TEUs loaded on board. The achievement highlights the scale and capacity ONE brings to global container transport, strengthening its position as a dependable carrier for time-sensitive and volume-driven cargo.
ONE received its first ISO 45001 certification for its Singapore offices, an internationally recognized standard for occupational health and safety management. The certification reinforces the company's commitment to protecting the well-being of its workforce.
The company also continued to invest in developing future maritime talent. Through initiatives such as the MaritimeONE Scholarship Programme in Singapore, ONE is supporting the next generation of industry leaders and helping to secure the skills base that underpins reliable global shipping.
ONE strengthened its supply chain governance during the reporting period, with 98% of new suppliers adhering to its Supply Chain Management Guideline. The company also maintained its ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information security, safeguarding the data that flows through its digital platforms, and reported no incidents of corruption.
