    OHT’s FALCON DISCHARGED JACK-UP RIG ABAN VIII IN SINGAPORE

    Yesterday early morning (July 28,2018) at the Tuas anchorage the FALCON discharged the Jack-up rig ABAN VIII, the rig was transported from Dubai, in view of her next assignement in Malaysian waters, after offloading the rig was towed by the POSH-TERASEA AHT SALVISCOUNT direct to her next location The ABAN VIII is flying the Mongolian flag and is built in 2008 after a design of Baker Marine Pacific Class 375 by the PPL Shipyard in Singapore the Rig is having a displacment of 19

    Yesterday early morning (July 28,2018) at the Tuas anchorage the FALCON discharged the Jack-up rig ABAN VIII, the rig was transported from Dubai, in view of her next assignement in Malaysian waters, after offloading the rig was towed by the POSH-TERASEA AHT SALVISCOUNT direct to her next location The ABAN VIII is flying the Mongolian flag and is built in 2008 after a design of Baker Marine Pacific Class 375 by the PPL Shipyard in Singapore the Rig is having a displacment of 19.204 MT and measures 69.8 x 68.4 mtr and is equipped with 154 mtr long legs, the rig is designed to drill upto 9100 mtr depth and is having accomodation for 120 Pax and is equipped with a helidek with capacity for an Sikorsky S61N or euivalent for landing
