    Mustafa Sevinç is elected Chairman of KIYEMKABAD during the general assembly on December 22, 2025, at GADEM.

    The Coastal Safety Captains and Chief Engineers Association (KIYEMKABAD) held its general assembly meeting on December 22, 2025, at the Gündüz Aybay Maritime Center (GADEM), where new leadership was elected.

    During the assembly, Association Secretary Chief Engineer Okan Öksüz announced the formation of the new board of directors. Captain Mustafa Sevinç was elected as the new Chairman of the Board. The board members include Chief Engineer Bahadır İldas, Chief Engineer Okan Öksüz, Captain Mustafa Topal, Captain Erman Bayır, Chief Engineer Anıl Bektaş, and Chief Engineer Akın Şener.

    Gratitude was expressed to Captain Arslan Dede, the previous president, along with the board members who served alongside him. The assembly conveyed best wishes for success to the newly elected management for their upcoming term.

    In keeping with maritime tradition, the transition of duties at KIYEMKABAD was conducted with maturity, acknowledging the contributions of past leaders while setting a clear course for the future.
