Morrison Express has been named Global Airfreight Forwarder of the Year 2026 at ACW's World Air Cargo Awards, highlighting its logistics excellence.

Morrison Express, a leading global freight forwarding and logistics solutions provider serving Fortune 500 and multinational companies, has been named 'Global Airfreight Forwarder of the Year 2026' at ACW's World Air Cargo Awards.

Evaluated by an independent jury of global air cargo experts, this award recognizes proven performance over marketing spend, measuring operational efficiency, customer focus, network strength, innovation in logistics, and investment in technology and training. This award follows Morrison Express's climb to No. 13 in Armstrong & Associates' 2025 Global Top 25 Air Freight Forwarders by processed volume, handling 362 thousand tons of air freight for the year. Together, the recognition and the ranking reinforce Morrison Express's position as the trusted hi-tech value chain enabler, delivering reliable solutions for complex, high-value, and time-critical supply chains.

Launching a New Ocean Trade Lane

Morrison Express has recently launched a new weekly Less-than-Container Load (LCL) consolidation service connecting Shanghai to Vancouver, giving customers a reliable, scheduled option for shipments into the Canadian market. The service departs every Sunday, with cargo cut-off the day before, and offers a transit time of approximately 15 days. Through a partnership with Locher Evers International (LEI) Canada, an EFL Global company, shipments are deconsolidated in Vancouver and moved onward to major destinations across Canada, including Toronto, Montreal, Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, and Edmonton.

Built on Trans-Pacific and Intra-Asia Strength

The new lane adds to a network where Intra-Asia and Trans-Pacific lanes already account for nearly 80 percent of Morrison Express's ocean volume, the same trade lanes that matter most to customers moving shipments through Hong Kong, one of the company's primary gateways into Asia.

    What Sets Morrison Express Apart

As the strategic solutions service partner, Morrison Express turns deep industry expertise into longer-lasting customer partnerships. The common thread across the business, in air and ocean alike, is operational agility paired with the discipline to build a solution around each customer's supply chain, rather than the reverse. As the smarter logistics innovator, continued investment in AI-enabled processes and digital tools gives customers real-time visibility across every leg of the shipment, from booking through to final delivery, while a dedicated account management structure, from a Global Account Manager down to Regional Account Managers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, keeps that solution accountable to a single team.
