    The US Coast Guard medevaced a crewmember from the 'Lady Jennie' 38 miles southeast of Port Aransas, Texas, in the evening of July 30, 2018. Coast Guard Sector/Air Station Corpus Christi watchstanders received a request for a medevac from the captain of the fishing vessel after a crew member had suffered a head injury. Watchstanders notified the duty flight surgeon who recommended the medevac. A Coast Guard Air Station Corpus Christi MH-65 Dolphin helicopter aircrew arrived on scene, hoisted the crewmember and transported him to awaiting emergency medical services personnel at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Shoreline.
