As of March 8th, the Constellation was still being detained in Lobito.

The cargo, 4 properly declared containers of ammunition (not guns and rockets), was confiscated by the port.

This cargo is meant to go to Kenya but still has not been returned to the Constellation despite the Kenyan government releasing an official statement confirming that they are expecting this cargo.

The ship has had to move from an anchorage in port to the pier on a couple of occasions to submit to further inspections of the remaining cargo, relief grain. For the last several days, the ship has been guarded by an Angolan military gun ship.
