    Greece bulk carrier Eagle released on April 22-23 after pirates received a ransom, reports Ecoterra Intl. Vessel and crew made their way to safe waters.

Vessel and crew made their way to safe waters. Vessel was hijacked on Jan 17 2011. The 24 Pinoy seamen are reportedly all rigth,  given the circumstances. Phillipine officials maintained they had no information about the negotiations and the Greek like always remained mum - not even indorming the families.
