    Join the İMEAK Chamber of Shipping conference on war's effects on maritime trade and insurance law on April 2, 2026.

    The İMEAK Chamber of Shipping will host a conference that is critically important in terms of maritime trade and insurance law.

    The conference, titled 'The State of War in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz and Its Effects on Maritime Trade and Insurance Law,' will be held by Prof. Dr. Fehmi ÜLGENER on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the Assembly Hall of the İMEAK Chamber of Shipping.

    Contracts and insurance policies will be addressed.

    During the conference, the effects of the state of war on the rights and obligations of the parties concerning maritime trade contracts and marine insurance policies will be evaluated in detail.

    Registrations until March 31.

    Members of the İMEAK Chamber of Shipping and other participants wishing to attend the conference must submit their registration requests to [email protected] by the end of the business day on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
