Ekol Maritime Training Institution, one of Turkey's leading organizations in maritime education, has made a significant change in its upper management structure. Mr. Yıldırım Serdar Öztuna, who has been serving as the Deputy General Manager within the institution for a long time, has been appointed as the Director of Ekol Maritime Institution.
